If premises have washer and/or dryer Lessor will only repair or replace these items within the first year.  After first year Lessee will be responsible for repairs and/or replacement of washer and/or dryer.  
There will be other approved applicants, the first approved applicant with security deposit will get rental unit.  If approved, you will be notify to meet with a representative.  Bring in Security Deposit, (To hold the rental unit) your Drivers License or a picture ID, Social Security Card and Proof Of Income. You will
not receive the key to property until you bring in all the required information.
The full amount of your security deposit can only be refunded back to you if we hold a rental unit no more than 7 days.  Your security deposit allow us to hold rental unit for you only, so no one can move in but you, which means if you decide to change your mind about moving in we can lose time, money and a potential tenant and have to start all over again. So if we hold a unit for 8 to 14 days 25% of your security deposit will be deducted, for 15 to 21 days 50% will be deducted, 22 to 28 days 75% will be deducted and 29 days or more 100% will be deducted.  So be serious and sure you are planning to move in.
TO MOVE IN ONE OF OUR UNITS YOU MUST HAVE: 1) Means to pay rent  2) BGE turn on in your name  3) Agree to pay all property violations, fines
and water bill first before paying rent.
