Pets accepted for a extra cost of $50.00 per month per pet. There will be other approved applicants, the first approval applicant with security deposit will get the property. If you are approved, you will be notify by email and if you are still interested and have the security deposit, BRING IN: a) Security deposit to hold property until you are ready to move in. b) Drivers license or Photo ID of everyone 18 or older that will be living in property. c) Social security card (Applicant and Co-Applicant) d) Proof of income (Applicant and Co-Applicannt). Key to property will not be given until we receive all required information.
NOTE: Your security deposit will allow HRi to hold property for you only, which mean HRi would have to take property off the advertising market and if you decide to change your mind about moving in HRi will lose time, money and a potential tenant and have to start all over again. The full amount of your security deposit can only be refunded back to you if we hold property no longer then 7 days. 8 to 14 days 25% of security will be deducted, 15 to 21 days 50% will be deducted, 22 to 28 days 75% will be deducted and 29 days or more 100% will be deducted. So be serious and sure if you are planning to move in. Security deposit is not  to be use as last month rent.
